He’s held pivotal roles at esteemed organisations such as SAP and SugarCRM, where he contributed significantly to revenue growth and product innovation. Currently, as the founder and CEO of Prezien, he leads a dedicated and talented team focused on solving complex business problems with innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Over the last two decades, Tanmaya has collaborated with industry-leading global companies, including Nestle, Boots, Amey, Intel, Gartner, and Babcock. He has spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and devised technology solutions, catalysing revenue growth, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

John has been a pioneering force in the world of SAP Cloud technology since he joined SAP in 2008, playing an instrumental role in delivering some of the earliest deployments of Cloud ERP for businesses of all sizes across the globe. During his 11-year tenure at SAP, he held various key roles, including lead consultant, project manager, and Global SAP Centre of Excellence specialist. In each of these roles, he played a pivotal role in driving the push towards the SAP partner eco-system.

John’s extensive project experience has given him a profound understanding of SAP Cloud technology and how it can deliver outstanding results within short timelines when approached correctly. As a passionate advocate for new functionality and high-quality products, he consistently pushes SAP product owners with customer influence request to deliver top-notch solutions.

As Customer Success and Delivery Director at Prezien, John is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. He oversees and leads projects centered around SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service Cloud, and BTP – Integration Suite. He remains hands-on and takes pride in being a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize their return on investment
